What I Wore Real Mom Style (Vol 16) #RealMomStyle

Welcome to What I Wore Real Mom Style! First off I wanted to share that I have officially been considered a real fashion blogger from a great community, and I can't wait to dive in head first with more from that, stay tuned. Along those lines, I truly hope some of my fashion sparks some creativity among you awesome ladies out there. We all have flaws, our bodies are different sizes and shapes, yet we should still be able to feel good no matter what our size or clothing budgets. I'm hear to tell you.. I'm for real! I've had four babies and been pregnant six times, I have ups and down. I love fashion though & it may not be top notch, but I feel comfortable in my own skin!! That's why we started Real Mom Style, because we may not have been models but we still look and feel great. Rock on Mommas!!!

I wore this outfit to our local mom's group (wave to my local friends) & hosted movie night this past week. I've been gardening outside all week, so it felt nice to get dressed out of my work-like clothes & do my hair.. to not only look presentable but feel nice too. I'm loving my little guys shadow in this photo.. I'm creating future photographers my friends. Ha! 

I'm digging the mint pants lately and these went on sale a couple of weeks ago and I snatched them up as soon as I saw them on Facebook. I have so many ideas for them! I also got this top while thrifting (thanks to all you ladies showing all the fabulous things you find while thrifting), however I know why they got rid of it. It's next to impossible to hold a baby without all the sequences falling off everywhere. I felt like a shedding dog and won't be wearing it anymore. It was fun though!

Undercover Mama Nursing Camisole #Giveaway (Ends 5/31)

I've been a breastfeeding mother for on and off almost 8 years, most on then off. I'm blessed to be able to nurse my children, but since I like to be modest and a nursing cover doesn't always work, I wear a camisole under everything. Since I was a bigger size I have bras that are more supportive and the clasp wouldn't fit onto several of my bras. Undercover Mama however is completely amazing and knew that was a problem for a lot of women, and now offer the clasp & the quick and easy loop. All their tank tops come with both and whichever one you don't want to use, it can easily be tucked behind the other.

If you're unfamiliar, let me explain how the Undercover Mama Works. Whether you use the clasp or loop, you slide it over the top part of your nursing bra cup area, right below where you would connect the cup to the strap of your bra. Then when you want to nurse your baby, you just un-hook your bra and pull down not only the cup part of your bra but the top of the camisole. It's incerdibly easy and and the perfect solution for women who use camisoles regularly. I can't tell you how often I stretch the neck out of my camisoles because I pull them down to nurse, with the Undercover Mama, that never happens. The camisoles are also long and come in a variety of colors and sizes.

In my ideal world I would be one of those mother's that has daily or at best weekly crafts ready for my children & we would laugh and have fun and show daddy all we made when we got home. Like I said we received the Time Travel Wummbelbox that my three and five year old enjoyed. My little ones didn't even understand the traveling back in time and the stone age, so this was a great teaching tool and even fun for my seven year old.

We got to build a time machine, where they painted wood with water colors (that actually worked), put stickers on to decorate and screw on the wheels. We traveled back to the dinosaurs and met up with some woolly mammoths. It was our favorite activity.

They also did painting on fabric to look like cave painting, and we made stamps to make the mammoth, fire and more. Crated the Hunter & Gatherer game where you throw a die and follow animal tracks . It was a lot of fun, and I liked that everything was included so I didn't have to search for most things. My kids enjoyed it & I'd love to check out another months fun!

Women's Fashion from Ronen Chen

The Brooklyn Top, is a black and tan striped jersey top that, like it says.. literally will take you from the week to weekend. It's soft and completely versatile. I like that for the horizontal stripes it really gives you a more slimming appearance. It really has the perfect balance of stripes from the mid-section and then the cream on top and ending in the black. I'm wearing it with a black pencil skirt or a night out with my love!

The Moma Tunic is lovely as well, the same look as the Brooklyn Top, but pair it with heels or flats for any occasion. I'm going to get tons of use out of this come back into fall when I shed just a few more pounds. I love the thick black stripe and it's the perfect length and shape for a tunic. A lot of times a tunic is to flouncy and gives you absolutely no shape, but this hugs you right where it needs to and gives you a feminine look while not looking frumpy. Another piece that can be for the casual day wear to weekend fun.

Happy Mother's Day! I'll be spending the day at the hockey court unless we get rained out watching my son and husband play and hubby coach the little ones. Here's what I wore to church this past Sunday.

I love this outfit and both the top and bottoms are from Kohl's. They're fairly new and I'm going to be featuring them later this week in a fashion post for Kohl's. The skinny capri's have fulfilled my need for a pair of skinny white capri's for the summer. They're so soft, have the perfect amount of stretch and aren't overly hot for the warm days! There's nothing not to love about them. As you can see I'm back wearing my too long of bangs in my face. Ha!

Adventures with Backyard Safari Outfitters #Giveaway (Ends 5/20)

There's lot of different bug products on the site.

Don't forget the Binoculars, after all they are essential... how would they ever be able to see out of a high look out, or find those creatures without them? My boys can't! Now that it's nice out again the boys have had the Base Camp Shelter & Camouflage out a lot.  It's the perfect shelter/hide-out and has pockets to put all their gadgets in. It's a fairly quick assembly, but I do recommend getting stakes to stake it down if you live anywhere windy.

I've been using it a lot from the app, which is so easy to use. Just download the free app and then any photo or document on your device you can print. The settings are easily used to get the correct size. I also love that I can have my desktop, laptops, smartphones and other mobile devices all connected to the same printer & if you don't have a personal computer, you can still use this and print all those fantastic photo's. I know a lot of people who only use their mobile devices for capturing memories.

The photo printing is exceptional! Every photo I have taken, big or small has turned out professional with no smudges or scratches. I love the dedicated photo tray which allows for incredible paper loading. With different trays, even for CD/DVD printing you can load the photo paper easy and get the exact size. No more adjusting and hoping you have the paper in correctly. Even the printing is easy, 4" x 6" photos can be printed as fast as 10 seconds. If you have a photo that's too dark or has red-eye the XP-850 will automatically do photo correction, so you have the perfect photo's every time.

No matter what your project the Expression XP-850 can get the job done. What I Wore Real Mom Style (Vol. 14)

We had a gorgeous warm up this past weekend and it's really motivated me to start working out again to fit into some of my super cute summer dresses. It's hard with a 5 month old though. How do people do it? Ah! Anyway, this past weekend I got dressed up for a casual wedding and then for Mass. I'll be featuring what I wore the wedding next week, but below is what I wore to church.

This is actually a maternity maxi dress I got after I had Henrik because it's slimming for the baby pooch, and with it being strapless it's super easy to breastfeed in (as long as you have a nursing cover). I have a DD cup size also, so there's no getting away with a strapless bra so as long as I wear a cardigan or some sort of jacket it works great for me.

I still can't decide on my bangs.. I like them twisted back like above, but I almost cut them off again last week. I'm also thinking about going shorter with my hair. So many decisions! For all of you maxi dress lovers, this just just above the ground and I'm 5'4".
