Owner of Momma In Flip Flops2! My name is Andrea, and I'm a 29 year old Catholic wife and mom! I've been married to my wonderful husband for 7 years. We have a boy who's six, a little girl who is four and a 2 year old boy, and two little angels in heaven.

I used to to work as a registered nurse and when I had my first baby,my husband and I decided that my vocation was to be a mother and I decided to become a stay at home mom. I love it have never looked back since. I'm an extended breastfeeding, home birthing, cloth diapering, attached parenting, baby-wearing momma who love fashion & beauty all while taking my vocation in strides and am learning my way as I go. I love my Catholic faith and without it I would be lost. I strive daily to follow Christ and the Church in my actions and words. I love spending time with my family & friends - meaning everyone and that's a lot!

I started blogging as a hobby, just another way to reach other mom's through my family blog. I have met so many amazing people that have really changed my life. Reviewing happened to come falling into my lap back in 2008 as I had a few companies e-mail me asking my opinion on products and if I would review for them. With an excited yes and much prayer I decided I would try out the whole reviews and giveaway thing. So here I am with my Review Blog - Momma In Flip Flops2, which I didn't think would become much, but is slowly and steadily growing and and I'm loving everything about it! I love working with different people and getting the word out on some absolute fabulous things, not to mention trying things is definitely on the flip side. I welcome any feedback from my readers as well.

Momma In Flip Flops2 - why this name!? Well I love Flip Flops and I wear them all the time. I love all shoes really but flip flops are very convenient and being a mom you need convenience. It just came to me one day that I was a momma who wore flip flops and so the name was born. The 2 is nothing really significant except it was my second blog so I added a two... obviously wasn't thinking my blog would ever get to were it is now, but the 2 can't just disappear now can it? Haha! 

Occasionally there are requests for products I am not able to review, to give my readers a range of products, I have my sister Sara helping out on reviews from time to time. If you wish for her to review your product just let me know!

Hi, My name is Sara and I love being able to help Andrea out with reviews! A little about me...I'm 26 years old, married to my wonderful husband Jake. Our first child, a little boy, was born December of 2009. He is our absolute delight! After our baby was born I stopped working as a child and family therapist to stay at home with him as a full time momma. We have fun during the day going for walks around town, reading, cooking up meals (when baby will stay in his high chair), crafting, and spending time with our large extended family (Andrea and I are 2 of 10 children). My husband works hard at his full time job but on the weekends is a real carpenter when it comes to working on houses. He remodels homes along with his regular job so we can often be caught out at the hardware store picking up paint samples. He wants to start a tool/home remodeling review blog but we'll see...We stay pretty busy but that may come in the future. For now we are just enjoying being a part of this great enterprise that Andrea has started and learning along the way all about baby carriers, cloth diapers and all kinds of great products to help out busy mommas and papas like ourselves.
