Pedipeds - Review & Giveaway (CLOSED)

I do believe most of my readers know my little shoe obsession, especially now that I have a child that actually wears a normal size shoe. The latest shoes we have tried that flex to my liking are Pedipeds. "The next best thing to bare feet" and that's a plus in this house.

I am very happy with Pedipeds footwear. We reviewed the Original Pedipeds in the Isabelle, red Patent Mary Jane style. These are the cutest little shoes around mostly because I absolutely love red shoes and have a couple of pairs myself. My daughter looks so cute in a little pair of jeans and these red shoes and let me tell you, people may not like my red shoes but when they see them on a little girl their eyes light up. These shoes are very flexible, and made of very soft leather with a little cushion in the bottom. They fasten with Velcro so it's easy to take on and off; for my daughter as well. I like these shoes because I know they are good for my daughters feet and she is able to move comfortably and grow correctly.

Pedipeds are have been accepted from the American Podiatric Medical Association. I have known the following for sometime but when I tell people get a strange look. This is good information - "According to the American Podiatric Medical Association, "Allowing the youngster to go barefoot or to wear just socks helps the foot to grow normally and to develop its musculature and strength as well as the grasping action of the toes." Doctors also recommend that children first learning to walk go barefoot or wear soft flexible shoes. Walking around barefoot is not always practical, as little feet need protection from rough surfaces and dirty floors.
