Campus Quilt Co. {Giveaway Has Ended}

We all love a keepsake and though I'm not all that sentimental about clothing and things as some people, I cherish the photo's of my children and family. When I had the opportunity to work with Campus Quilt Co. on saving some memories of my family on a quilt I loved the idea. Every time I look at my Photo Quilt from Campus Quilts it reminds me of all the great times with my family and there's a memory on each quilt square. As much as I love the quilt, my children love it even more. They spread the quilt out and go over each picture all the time, talking about it and remembering when it was taken. We cuddle up with it every day and I know it will be a cherished item for years to come.

As I said before about the sentimental thing.. I did not have t-shirts or other clothing to put on the quilt, so ours is completely made of photos and though I love it, it's a bit crisp since there are so many. Where we have our middle name (from a jersey) in the middle of the quilt, it's so soft - I can only imagine how soft if you used many fabrics from different clothing for the squares. I also had the back embroidered with our name and the year. It's perfect for us!

More on Campus Quilts - it's a fantastic website where you basically design your own quilt from your keepsake t-shirts. Send anything in and they will turn it into a quilt using those items. Choose from jerseys, t-shirts, baby clothes, ties, whatever you have around, then you get to choose the sashing, the stitching, any personalized embroidery, how you want your items arranged, the size and more. All with easy to follow instructions and amazing customer service. I had tons and tons of questions with making a photo quilt, and I have never had such great customer service as I did with Campus Quilts. I have already thought of many ideas for family if we were to choose to get another product from Campus Quilts. Putting a photo of the child when they were a baby in the middle, then with the baby's keep sake shirts, blankets, etc. around on the quilt squares! I also love the idea of doing one for parents, with a picture of all their children in the middle and then putting keep sakes they may have from their children around on the squares. So many great Christmas ideas!

You can't go wrong with Campus Quilts, the product is great. Design a wee quilt, maybe a t-shirt pillow, or any size quilt. You get what you want, you get to design it and it's all so easy! Great quality and workmanship, you can't beat what they have to offer.
