Dittany Baby - {Giveaway Has Ended}

It's been awhile since I've talked baby-wearing, but this momma don't go nowhere without a baby carrier. Recently I had the opportunity to work with Dittany Baby once again and try out their new Bliss Contoured Mei Tai. Mei Tai's are one of my favorite carriers, they never take much room in a diaper bag or purse, easy to get on most anyone, you can nurse super easy, and they're comfortable for the child and adult carrying them. This particular contoured mei tai from Dittany Baby is well made and the different fabric selections are fabulous. I particularly liked the padding in the straps that go over your shoulders, not too bulky like many I've seen/tried but comfortable. There is also a small amount of padding in the sides where babies legs come out, which I found nice because it doesn't rub and leave marks on the child. The straps are very long on this mei tai so it would fit most anyone, however being a size small I found they were a bit long and getting in the way for me. Also coming with the mei tai is an adorable matching carry sack - perfect for traveling and taking places as well as the perfect gift for the soon to be mommy. If you don't have a mei tai in your carrier collection, I highly recommend purchasing one! Great for the baby through toddler-hood. Turns out to most likely be a clogged milk duct, but we will be finding out for sure in the next month or so. Not to get all weepy, but lets take care of ourselves - eat right, 90% of woman do not eat a healthy diet, try to get some exercise in, 85% of woman don't even get the minimal 30 min a day recommended. Let's get healthy together and to be wonderful wives and mommy's we have to take care of ourselves too!

We all need undergarments and if you're anything like me then you need something different for special occasions and depending on what you're wearing something that works for that outfit. Freshpair is a website that carries many different undergarments for men and woman as well as other products. I received the Sassybax, Slimming Slip for review - just one of the many Sassybax products Freshpair has to offer. What immediately drew me to this particular product for wearing under dresses was the fact that I would easily be able to pull the top down when I needed to nurse my son and I've worn it several times and it's perfect. Though it's not made for nursing mothers it still works excellent for them, but is perfect for non-nursing as well. It gives me excellent support that I definitely do not have to wear a bra under it to get the support I need, I can nurse and it slims me wonderfully. No bulges anywhere, just a very slimming look through the entire trunk of my body. I also liked that I could easily move and breath while wearing, I couldn't have been more happy with this product.

Organically Grown

Spring is officially here, and summer is just around the corner. The only thing growing faster then the weeds in my flower beds is my little sweetie pie. While the world around us is "growing green" we got the chance to be eco-friendly as well when Organically Grown gave me the chance to review a bib and onesie outfit which is as eco friendly as it is adorable. Organically Grown's clothing really stands out, not only do they support the environment by using high quality organically grown cotton, but they also spread the message about being nice to mother nature with adorable environmentally friendly slogans on their clothing. The bibs I received said, "save the trees". These clothes are also super soft and cuddly. I want cute stylish clothing for my children, after all I love to dress them up and have them look adorable, but it's also equally important to me that they're comfortable in what they wear. I've had the opportunity to review for WholesaleKeychain.com a few different times and host some fun giveaways. Recently I received the Digital Photo Keychain & Keyring with Stand in Silver for review from WholesaleKeychain. Mr Clean - {Giveaway Has Ended}

Oh the dreaded, never ending chore of keeping the bathroom clean.. or at least it feels like that to me. I have two bathrooms and when it comes time for cleaning I want it to be fast and effective and as little chemical smell left behind as possible. I received the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Bathroom Scrubber that is 30 percent larger than the regular Magic Eraser (which I was a fan of), more durable and came with a nice Febreze fresh scent and a tough soap scum elimination solution. Your Baby’s Development – Months 8 Through 11

As your baby has developed you’ve probably found that she’s gone through a number of stages. She’s steadily gaining more knowledge about how the world works and reacting to it.

As she began to realize how she can have an effect on the world around her, she may have, at times, started to test your limits as well. When she was about six months old, she may have begun to become a bit less fussy and maybe she even began to sleep more at night.

But now, you are into the eighth month and things are about to change once again. Here is what you can expect to happen for the next several months of her life.

At Thirty Four to Thirty Seven Weeks

Things should have started getting a bit easier after the twenty-sixth week, but that’s all about to change, once again. This is the time in your baby’s life that she will start to categorize things. They will begin to understand that a picture of an elephant and an actual elephant are both related.

The theory is that this may arouse new fears in your child and that these fears can cause anxiety. When this happens your baby will become more clingy, may regress to more babyish behavior, will probably eat poorly, and will want to be held all the time.

Hang in there because it will last for anywhere from three to six weeks.

At Forty Two to Forty Six Weeks

At this point in his life your child will begin to understand the concept of sequential actions. For example, he may pick up your house keys and go to the front door and try to put the key into the lock.

When he goes through this stage he will both begin to explore more of the world and will probably become a bit more anxious. For example, if he sees your neighbors friendly dog jump up at you in order to greet you he may start to scream. That’s because he probably believes that it could be a dangerous situation for you.

This phase of your baby’s life will last around five weeks.

KidsCraft Playhouse - {Giveaway Has Ended}

I grew up in a large family and I remember my parents bringing home these large boxes full of groceries and my siblings and I building houses and forts from them. What else was helpful for us is that I easily took it apart and moved it to a new location without it falling apart or ruining, and when we need a break or the room I can fold it back up and put it together again at a later date. They are very sturdy. My children love the chimney and the sun, as well as the three fun windows. We have flower, grass, writing and all sorts of creativity on our house.
