Pop On Pals Review

It's summer and the carnivals are everywhere here and of course we have to go! My son and daughter love the rides so when we received the Pop On Pals ultimate amusement park playset they were pretty excited. Pop your pal into the roller coaster, the ferris wheel, knock down the pins or test your weight, and it even features lights and music. My children love the pop on pal and changing the rings, they would love more of these pals or some of the cool looking vehicles but the amusement park didn't hold their interest all that well and the pals fall off the coaster before they get to the end. Other than that the mix and matching is fun, the vehicles look super and I love that there are even pets to choose from for play. My daughter loves little people so these are a hit for her because she can change their clothes and what little girl doesn't love that feature when it comes to toys? Aerin Rose, Swimwear

I love to shop! With the one exception being swim suits. I can honestly say I have never had a swim suit I have been happy with. As a larger chested gal it is so difficult to find something modest yet flattering, and now that I have a little one, something that works on a "mom bod"...You know, something with a little support, to give me the um..."lift" I need... I was starting to despair at the thought of a "mom suit" as we began planning trips to the pool and a family vacation, until I got a chance to review a swimsuit by Aerin Rose. Aerin Rose suits were a dream come true in that you choose the top and bottom styles and sizes separately. Unlike most store-bought suits, Aerin Rose is kind to large chested gals with sizes going all the way up to size F. For those of you with larger chests, you know how immodest it can feel when you try to wear a top that is either too big or too small because it isn't designed for someone with your body shape. I chose a tie-halter tankini in my bra size and high waist bikini bottoms in medium. I know what you are thinking, high waist? You thought I was trying to get away from the "mom suit" look right? Well these bottoms are super flattering in that they smooth out any baby pooch and yet you can't tell they are high waisted because the tankini covers them. If you don't like or need that look, Aerin Rose, also has multiple other styles including one piece and bikini. She even has something for those of you in plus size or maternity wear. I will admit I was a little nervous about a suit that I had never even tried on. However when I received the suit I was so pleased! I tried it on right away and got the thumbs up from everyone. I felt modest yet fashionable in the style I chose, but what was most amazing was that I didn't have to lug myself to the store and try on tons of suits only to leave feeling defeated. When you think about it, how could I not love it my new suit, with all the choices Aerin Rose gave me it felt like I made it myself!

Tea Collection

You may remember my post and giveaway from Tea awhile back and like me, how could you have not fallen in love with the selection. I was really excited when I received my package in the mail with both girl and boys clothing for my children. The sites apparel is top quality and looks fantastic on the site and in person. The dresses I received for my daughter are absolutely beautiful and look trendy yet simple and chic, perfect. They do run a tad on the smaller side so I would order a size up, I did this and I couldn't be happier. The boys clothes were great, a cute pair of plaid, sophisticated shorts for my son with a trendy t-shirt to go along with it. The fit was right on and he's definitely looking like a trend setter now. Tea has a preview of their fall collection out already and just like their summer, everything is drool worthy. I love it all and something for the babies all the way up to size 12! ShooShoos

I absolutely love shoes - not only for myself but for my children as well. Unfortunately I have two sons that wear the xxw and the variety of shoes are very hard to come by. I'm excited that ShooShoos and their soft soled shoes fit my 11 month old son perfectly. They have great stretch so they fit his wide, yet very tall foot with ease. I received the Beige/Sand sport soft sole baby shoes for my little guy and they fit and look great. Perfect for dressing up and just for days out and about. I always find it very important to put a very flexible shoe on my child when they're young and just starting to get around for proper foot growth. RedHot Buffalo Chicken Wings - Recipe

I'm always looking for a fabulous recipe. The Internet is definitely the place I go to find what's great from other mom's around! Tonight we're going to be trying this delicious recipe for Buffalo Chicken Wings using Frank's RedHot Sauce.

BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 20 min.

2 1/2-lbs. chicken wing pieces

¾ cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce

1. BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 500°F on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.

2. TOSS wings in Buffalo Wing Sauce to coat.

Makes-6 to 8 servings

Tip: You may substitute 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce mixed with 1/3 cup melted butter for the Buffalo Wing Sauce.

Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry at 375°F for 10 min.

Broil 6-inches from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once.

Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.

Annee Matthew - {Giveaway Has Ended}

If you're a breastfeeding mother that loves fashion then I'm sure you know that it's not all that easy finding dresses that are discreet and easy to nurse in. I've found a few here or there, but was really thrilled when Judy from A Mother's Boutique introduced me to the Annee Matthew Banded Tunic. When I first looked at the tunic I wasn't sure, I didn't understand.. where was the nursing access.. but let me tell you this design is ingenious. On the front of the dress are pleats with two easy access slits with a privacy panel underneath, even if the pleats are pulled a little because you're carry baby (or like me wearing a baby on your back) no body even notices the slits because of the panel, it just looks like a shadow. I love it! This is also unbelievably easy to nurse in, the tunic is flouncy enough that you can make it very discreet. I nurse in public without a cover easily in this tunic and I'm a modest nursing mother. I love to wear this as a mini dress, pair it with a cute pair of jeans and heals or lately a cute pair of leggings. This is a great purchase because you can get it during pregnancy and wear it through your nursing days. If you're looking for pregnancy or breastfeeding apparel Annee Matthew has classy and stylish apparel to choose from. I own a few different things from this brand and love every one of them.
