My family lives quite the drive away from us so I travel about with the children quite often. I will admit I don't know much about tire safety, actually I didn't know much of anything except - "that looks low" in which I would tell my husband after I returned from my travel. However now with the tire info from Goodwrench I know what to look for and keep in mind for tire safety. - According to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA,) 660 fatalities and 33,000 injuries occur every year due to tire-related problems.
 


- Keeping your family vehicle’s tires inflated to the recommended pounds per square inch (psi) will not only save on gas, but will provide a safer ride.



- It’s important to keep in mind that during the warm weather of summer, hot road surfaces can cause the pressure to increase in a tire. As a general rule, for every 10-degree rise in temperature, a tire’s pressure increases one psi.


- Invest in a quality tire gauge! Eyeballing tires to measure pressure can be misleading, as radial tires often look fine even if they are under-inflated.

-And by the way, be sure to rotate your tires on schedule. Since each tire performs different tasks (such as steering or front versus rear wheel drive), tires wear at different rates, and you’ll get more life out of the tires you bought this way.

Shoe Spectacular: Reebok ZigEnergy Giveaway Has Ended

I received a pair of the Easy Tone Flip Flops, which improves muscle tone in the glutes, calves and hamstrings. I have to say I definitely feel like these are doing something and I could use some muscle tone in my glute. These do take a bit of walking to fully get used to the feeling but I believe it would definitely do something. They're easy to get one and off and have a soft woven lining to prevent slipping. I look forward to wearing them longer to get the full feel as to how they are going to really work me.

Moon Dough Barnyard Playset

I am going to admit this right away, when my children received the Moon Dough play set I didn't know if I would ever open it because I'm not a huge fan of the moon sand and the mess. However my kids spotted the box from a mile away and were already set up at the table. So I tackled in and to my surprise the Moon Dough is nothing like the the moon sand. We received the Moon Dough Barn play set which has been a lot of fun here. The set includes the magical molding barnyard that has four unique 3D animal molds (cow, chicken, horse and sheep) - all you do is put the moon dough in the top of the barn, turn the crank and the animals come out the bottom. The barn was designed great so the extra dough falls into the silo on the side so it's not going everywhere. Also included are the molds for a fence and hay bale, a themed barnyard mat, and three colors of moon dough. Moon dough is great that it's easily just vacuumed up when your finished playing and doesn't stick to things. It's also hypo-allergenic, wheat-free and is never supposed to dry out. It easily molds into whatever you want and is super soft, just like a marshmallow. This has been a lot of fun in my home and I'm happy to let my kids play. The only downside I saw from this was that there were no containers to put your moon dough in, but I do see there are containers available to purchase along with other moon dough, the molding doghouse, pizza shop and more.

I have always had my eye on the shoes from Umi, they look comfortable and so fashionable for those little feet. Now that I've had the chance to try them, my expectations for a great pair of shoes has been met. My daughter received the adorable Orchid shoe that is available in a couple of different colors and in many different sizes for your daughter. The fit has given my daughter comfort while walking in the soft suede and bold metallic leather and they're easy for her to get on and off. Shoe Spectacular: Merrell - Giveaway Has Ended

Finding shoe brands that carry products that are not only fabulous for summer but for winter and for the entire family is a treat. Merrell has just that and quite the variety of products to choose from. I was very excited when I received the Yarra boots, these are fantastic for these cold Illinois winters. Waterpik Shower Head - Your Perfect Escape

Everyone needs some daily relaxation, and as a stay at home mom mine would be a few minutes without someone hollering "momma". How do I get that you ask? With a relaxing shower with my new Waterpik Easy Select, removable shower head. I'm seriously in heaven with this thing - with the five different spray settings that are simpler to change than any I've ever seen before, I'm able to enjoy a full body spray, power spray, circular massage, a mist or use the water saver setting. Leave it in place or use the hand held option with easy to use five foot hose. Very easy to install, you will be relaxing and escaping into bliss before you know it. I must warn you though.. once you enter your shower with the Waterpik shower head, there may be no returning it's just that relaxing! Really, how do you escape for awhile?
