Infantino EcoSash, Wrap & Tie Carrier - {Giveaway Has Ended}

Baby wearing month is coming to an end, but that doesn't mean I'm about to stop talking about it! Just recently I had the opportunity to try out the new EcoSash Wrap & Tie carrier from Infantino, a buckle-free, wrap, tie and go carrier. One of my favorite type of carriers is the mei tai and this is very similar but with more features and a bit more stability. The EcoSash is designed for children 8-35lb, features wide padded straps, a supportive head rest that folds down and a easily snap on soft hood. My husband really likes the reversible fabric panel so we both have the style we prefer depending on who's carrying the child & it comes with a machine washable mesh bag for cleaning & for storing. I also liked that with this carrier there is a natural sitting position for baby, making it more comfortable for them & that you have three different options for carrying baby - facing in, back carry & facing out. What I found unique about this carrier compared to others with the facing out option is that it has a fabric strap that you can wrap around the EcoSash creating a cinch, the perfect width for baby. Overall I have found the carrier to be comfortable, especially in the facing in position and look forward to wearing my children in it. It's easy to get on and off with baby and it's nice to have a carrier that's quick and easy. Infantino has some great instructions on this carrier as well as a demonstration video on their website. The EcoSash is available in different colors and fabric panels!

Children's Apparel from Tea Collection

I love to shop for classic apparel as well as the trendy modern things that are out there right now when it comes to my children and I love how I can find a mixture of that in the products from the Tea Collections. Dresses for my daughter that have a classic look but still have that today look. One of my favorites for the new fall collections that Tea offers is the Covasna Floral Dress I got for my daughter, adorable with nothing else, but so cute with a pair of jean leggings or any leggings for that matter or cute tights. I also fell in love (along with about the entire fall collection of girl and boys apparel) with the Bandana Lace print Dress, reminds me so much of dresses my sisters and I used to wear, but for today. Tea Collection has products for woman now too as well as great products for both boys and girls and sizes ranging in baby clothes all the way up to size twelve. Ramblers Way Farm, Re-Imagine Wool

I'm not sure about everyone else but when I think of wool the first thing that comes used to come to mind is itchy and uncomfortable, well not anymore - not with the amazingly soft and comfortable wool apparel from Ramblers Way Farm. I received the Women's Next-to-Skin Cross Neck long sleeved top and not only is the fit perfect but it's unbelievably soft and comfortable. This top is made with superfine, 18.5 micron Rambouillet wool and is thin and perfect for layering underneath other clothing without worrying about bunching. I love wall decals, they can really make a room pop and they can be made specifically for the room and as personalized as you would like. I have many throughout my home and have added a new favorite site for purchasing them called Trading Phrases. This site has so much to choose from, view the gallery, customize exactly what you want, find quotes, check out what the designers like best and so much more. I found the perfect quote from browsing the site for my newly finished bathroom - "Faith is like the Wind. You can't see it but you know it's there." I was easily able to pick the color that would look best and the size for my space. As you can see from the picture, I think it looks great. I've only received tons of compliments! Decals are super easy to put up and what's great about Trading Phrases is that they come with step by step instructions, a small tool to help remove the decal and helpful customer service if you were to need the help. Though I can't imagine removing any of my decals because I like them so much, there is no need to worry if you do want to remove them. They easily peal of and don't leave any marks behind. E-Z Bat with a Home Run- {Giveaway Has Ended}

I know summer has come to an end but there are still plenty of great days out there to play! I know for many of us fall is the ideal weather because you can actually play and run around with your kids without feeling overly hot. My son already being skilled at hitting a ball loves the pitch and hit, but my daughter who has no clue yet loves to use the bat for swinging and flinging it. My children mostly enjoyed the transforming playset that turns into the Olivia house or a incredibly fun pirate ship - included is 23 accessories, one sticker sheet and the Olivia figure. My children love to dress her up as a pirate or just Olivia, go on adventures and set up all the accessories. This was incredible ingenious design that both my son and daughter loved and my engineer of a husband couldn't believe. We have had nothing but fun with the set. Crafty Kids Playhouses - {Giveaway Has Ended}

Shoo Shoos, Soft Soled Shoes Review

Fall has arrived, which means I've had to break down and actually start putting shoes on my 9 month old. He's been running around in socks or barefeet since he was born but now that he is learning to walk we need something to protect his feet and keep them warm. Shooshoos has the most adorable (and comfortable) soft soled shoes you could hope to find! We were delighted to try out a pair of Smiley Sports in Sand/Beige. They are really cute, but the best part is how soft and
flexible they are. I don't know about you but I sometimes find it impossible to get shoes on my little guy (I think he is scrunching up his toes in there on purpose), but these are easy and slip on with no laces. While our little guy isn't walking yet, I can see how these would help him to learn. They have a non-slip sole but are very flexible and light which I think will help him to grip the floor more easily. ShooShoos come in tons of adorable styles and colors and they
truly have something for all little feet.

Moms: Know your Rights as a Breastfeeding Working Mother

Are you going back to work? Do you have friends or family who are going back to work? Do you have coworkers returning from maternity leave? When the new Healthcare Reform was passed last March hidden it it is a policy that effects every working breastfeeding mother. With this, all employers with 50+ employees are required to comply with this new legislation.

As a breastfeeding mother, you have the right to:

• Take the time to pump: You are entitled to be given breaks as needed to pump at work until your baby's first birthday.
• Private space to pump: Pump in the bathroom stall no longer! Your employer must provide you with a private space to pump other than a restroom.
• A Breastfeeding Policy: All employers must provide you with a lactation policy. Don't have one? A great resource to provide your employers with is this: Five Simple Steps to Create and Implement a Breastfeeding Policy in the Workplace (http://www.breastfeedinginformation.org/white-paper).

Barbie, A Fashion Fairytale DVD

When I was younger my sisters and I would spend hours playing Barbie - dressing Barbie up, playing house, cruising the house in our automobiles,we loved her! Now that my daughter is getting older I hope she can enjoy playing with Barbie as well. We received the 1 hour and 23 minute DVD - Barbie, A Fashion Fairytale to review. This DVD is a modern day fairytale as Barbie shows that magic can happen if you believe in yourself. Things go wrong at home as Barbie gets fired and Ken somehow breaks up with her, she goes to Paris to visit her Aunt where she and a shy fashion designer create fabulous fashion shows. The movie was fun, but a little to mature for my daughter - she's not quite ready for shows that are so modernized. However we did like the fashion and Barbie coming to life in a DVD and the bonus features were fun to watch. This DVD just hit the shelves and even find the accompanying toy that really brings the movie to life, available in stores nationwide.
