Fit & Fabulous #7 - Back & Set Backs!

Right when you think you are back on track you get a set back. . . that's the way life goes sometimes! I got back on track as far as eating this week. Tracking everything I put into my mouth really makes me realize putting junk into my body isn't fueling it and by writing it down I see really how much water I'm drinking and what I'm eating. I'm definitely a picker! I've been doing good and hoping to stay on track.

This week I also realized that my IT band is injured and I won't be running at all until my first 5K which is next Sunday. Really bummed about this but I'm realizing that it's better to let it heal and do the stretches it takes to get it stretched and healed so I can continue. I hate when you find a way that you truly love to help you stay fit and then you get hurt. I may have to walk the 5K too, depending on how it feels. I will update next week.
