enLiven Probiotic Yogurt FREE coupon Giveaway (Ends 7/19)

I have been learning more about our digestive health in the recent few months from several friends of mine and different types of probiotic products that maybe beneficial to your health. During the talk I was introduced to enLiven yogurt which has been exclusively launched at Walmart that's low-cost, low fat and featured GanedenBC30 probiotics. If you are unfamiliar with Ganeden30 it's a patented probiotic bacteria used in commercial foods and beverage applications and supports digestive health because of it's stability. We've been enjoying enLiven yogurt in our home, especially my kids! I like that it contains no artificial colors or flavors, is 99% fat free and comes in strawberry, peach and vanilla. enLiven also has a significant amount of live and active cultures that really support your digestive health. I am not a huge fan of yogurt, I used to be but then my taste buds went sour on me (ha) but I have been trying to take care of my digestive health and I've actually enjoyed the blueberry. You can once again purchase at Walmart and I'd love to know what your thoughts are on it.

  39. I love to use Vanilla yogurt as a dip with stawberries or other fresh fruit. I use probiotics when my daughter was a baby she couldn't have dairy so in order for me to nurse her I had to cut dairy out of my diet. I also adde din probiotics to help with her stomach issues
