The maker shows you a couple of different bracelets to make, but they're easy to look up if you want more options. My daughter just turned five and was still a bit too young to really get the hang of it, I however did have my seven year old son try it for review purposes and he didn't seem to have a hard time, especially with the easier bracelets.
