When I was younger I loved making friendship bracelets, I remember spending hours learning all the different ways to get a different patterns and begging for more and more colors to make them really neat. However, what was always difficult for me was holding one end while moving the strings, knotting, etc in all these different directions. I found clever ways to get them made, but it wasn't the easiest. When I was introduced to My Friendship Bracelet Maker, available at Michaels, I couldn't say no.. something I loved but for my own little daughter. The perfect craft we could enjoy together.
This has been a great product and I guarantee your crafting daughters that love jewelry will enjoy this. My Friendship Bracelet Maker comes with a complete storage area for all the different colored threads you will use for making bracelets. Comes with all different colors to get started. The top of the storage lid is a pretty butterfly that holds the threads in place for making your bracelets so they don't move all around - exactly what I needed when I was younger. Once you learn the patterns for the bracelets it's super easy and a lot of fun - everything is right there. The maker shows you a couple of different bracelets to make, but they're easy to look up if you want more options. My daughter just turned five and was still a bit too young to really get the hang of it, I however did have my seven year old son try it for review purposes and he didn't seem to have a hard time, especially with the easier bracelets.
This would be the perfect holiday gift for tween girls that are really into jewelry, crafts and they can do it all on their own. Purchase online at Michaels, where the possibly for making different projects is endless. Great looking ideas and then the products right there to purchase along with the instructions.
