Safety 1st ProGrade VersaScan Talking Thermometer

My oldest child is nearing 7 and a half years old and I will admit we have never had a thermometer that I can honestly say was a good one. They give you multiple readings, don't turn on and off correctly and generally do not work. Finally I believe we have a thermometer in our home that I can feel confident in when my children are sick and that's the Safety 1st ProGrade VersaScan Talking Thermometer.

It's incredibly easy to use and has a one second reading, which you know if you have children that it doesn't get much better than a quick reading. You're lucky they'll let you come near them with anything & it really does read in one second. It reads by the ear and even tells you the temperature by talking if you choose and holds 30 temperatures in it's memory. It has the date and time on it, volume control and lights up red if a fever is indicated, along with a sad or smile face. Easy to grip and a benefit is that the thermometer also reads food & bath water temps, so it has multiple uses.

I can confidently say that we finally have a thermometer that I can trust in using for my family when the time arises. It's the cold and flu season, don't go without a thermometer when you need one the most.
