I have never been on
Weight Watchers myself, but I do have several family members and friends who swear by the Weight Watchers system. So though I don't have first hand knowledge on the point system I do know how it works and how precious each of those points are that you get for your daily intake. Recently my family and I had the opportunity to try the Blueberry Muffin, and Double Chocolate Muffin from the Sweet Baked Good selection from Weight Watchers. Each muffin is valued at 4 points, 160 calories and made with either real wild blueberries or real chocolate chips. When it comes to diet food, I usually turn my nose up because the taste is never very good. However with these Weight Watchers muffins we were pleasantly surprised. I'm not a big muffin fan but both weren't half bad and my husband and children absolutely loved them. These are great for a sweet craving, or even a morning snack if you are looking for a healthier alternative to a muffin while working on staying healthy and fit. Now that we've had the chance to try the muffins, I look forward to trying other Weight Watchers products in our home soon.
I received complimentary product to facilitate this review, all opinions are my own.
