Last week we were excited to host a LeapFrog Touch Magic Rock'n Party with a couple of our friends and just like other LeapFrog products we've brought into our home these have also been a hit. Touch Magic is a new product line from LeapFrog that brings touch technology to preschool toys that are incredibly fun that bring learning and creativity to life.
We received two new products to play with and let our friends check out as well. - one being the Touch Magic Rockin' Guitar which has been tons of fun for our little rock stars. Just like a real guitar, but super light weight and easy to use the kids were rockin' out all afternoon. The guitar allows children to play songs along with a band, choose electric or acoustic, choose between 10 built in songs like Pop Goes the Weasel, Itsy Bitsy Spider and more, play solo, or customize play by adding drums, guitar strumming and more. I was really amazed at just how easy it worked and how they could easily touch and it worked fantastic. Besides the fact that the kids have all enjoyed it, from my three year old to my seven year old, everyone wanted in on the fun and the Rockin' Guitar opens up the opportunity for kids to love music even more and showing them they can learn to play, and builds motor skills all while having a great time.
Along with the Rockin' Guitar is the Touch Magic Learning Bus, which is the perfect combination of learning and fun - teaching your child early vocabulary, sounds and letter recognition along with music and instrument sounds. The little school music also very light weight, easy to use just by simply touch and has options to play the piano (which is at the bottom of the bus) along with animals and other instruments, play games to learn sounds and letters. The graphics are so vibrant really drawing the kids attention and I love that is has more than 200 learning responses for exploring and over 40 different touch points. We definitely look forward to having this around for a long time, learning and play.
Something I have found as I have more children the younger ones learn almost in a different way than the older ones did at that same age because we have so many different types of products around our home. When our oldest was that age we didn't have a lot of electronic type of games and products so he didn't know what was there, but now we do. LeapFrog gives us the opportunity to still teach our children and keep them learning while still engaging them with like products of their older siblings. It's wonderful to be able to teach my youngest in a way that he loves through products he enjoys and we can definitely thank LeapFrog for that.
