#HelloBetter from U.S. Cellular

Over eight years ago my soon to be husband and I were seriously fed up with the cellular companies we had previously been with, with our contracts finally coming to an end and phones that hardly worked we decided to switch and check out what U.S. Cellular could do for us. We have been with them ever since and we have definitely looked into other companies while being with U.S. Cellular, after all we are the type to keep our options open. However, we are always brought back to the friendly customer service that seems to go above and beyond for us and have found as the years go by U.S. Cellular just keeps getting better and better. The phone options, the plans and now the Hello Better campaign has made us realize just how much we do like this company. We can get all we want, need and love through a company that cares.

I mentioned above about the customer service and how most definitely seem to be passionate about their jobs, and by golly their honest. Trust me, I've tested them to the end many a times. Did you know that U.S. Cellular provides customers with unique benefits such as the industry's only points-based rewards program, no contract after the first contract ends, free incoming calls and texts, free Overage Protection and free Batter Swap for your device?  Some of those are huge for me, like the no contracts after your initial contract and the points based rewards, my hubby and I are racking the points up and just about to the point to cash them in for some sweet new phones.

If you aren't satisfied with you currently wireless provider I encourage you to check out what U.S. Cellular has to offer.. don't be like the statistics... Out of the 1,208 participants polled across four regions of the country, 56 percent of the respondents admitted to being unhappy with their carrier over the past year but only 35 percent of all respondents have ever broken up with their provider. In spite of this overall dissatisfaction, respondents are hesitant to call it quits. No reason to be one of them go with a company you can trust believes you deserve better!
