I have some serious dare devil boys and though I can't protect them from every little scrape and bruise, I'm going to try to keep them safe at least while they're performing their stunts. While summer is rolling in quite quickly my three year old received the perfect helmet from Joovy called the Noodle and in his favorite greenie color (also available in four other colors.) Fantastic, because just as the Noodle arrived, he learned to ride a two-wheel bike a couple of days later.
The Joovy Noodle is intended for children aged 1-4 and head size of 18.5 - 20.5 inches. The Noodle fits my three (soon to be four) year olds head perfect, but be sure to measure your child's noggin' to make sure it will fit correctly. My favorite feature about the Noodle is that it has an adjustable dial in the back, making it extremely easy to adjust to fit your child's head perfectly. It actually fits all three of my older children just by adjust the chin strap and dial, they're aged 3,5 & 7.
Adjustable Dial!!
The Joovy Noodle features air vents, bug mesh and an extended visor (which has come in handy over some nasty wipe-outs here.) Like I mentioned the adjustable dial makes it very easy to adjust and the pinch guard chin strap helps for easy removal all while being lightweight on your head while protecting and looking great. The overall fit far exceeds the two other helmets we have and I'm much more confident in this one.Joovy's products are always top notch in our book and come highly recommended. Keep those noggin's safe and in style with the Joovy Noodle. Connect with Joovy on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & their blog. They run weekly giveaways on Joovy Tuesday. Interested in other Joovy products.. read my Joovy reviews from the past. Every product is still getting used on a regular basis!
This helmet looks great! My son turns three soon, so we're getting him a trike, I think this here would be great with it.

This would be perfect, we have two other brands and they don't come close to comparing to this. :) Happy birthday soon to your 3 y/o. Time flies. :)
DeleteI love how protective that helmet is! I also love that it has a lot of vent holes so children don't get overheated too quickly!
ReplyDeleteThe vent holes are nice, my boys sweat like something else and I'm anxious to see just how ventilated their head stays. :)
DeleteWhen I got the first helmet for my son I had to get a larger one, he has always had a big head. This looks like a great helmet.
ReplyDeleteI have heard this was a problem for many others, we have really tiny heads here. LOL! I was checking out helmets today and the same price this one looks way better. :)
