What I Wore Real Mom Style Vol. 8 #RealMomStyle

 What I Wore.. Real Mom Style! So what are you wearing this week? Feeling good about what you're wearing to run around after kids or what ever is keeping you busy?
This post is about real moms who have real style. While we all fall into the jeans and tshirt rut we are encouraging our fellow moms to take the time to dress their best and rock it like the rock star moms they are! Did you look especially good this week, were the other moms at the playground complimenting your outfit? Share the look that worked for both potty training, the playground and coffee with a friend and let's inspire each other with some real mom fashion!

Gold Chain Tassel Necklace c/o POPSUGAR must have box. 
Earrings are like pewter colored dangling discs.. so old from Shopko maybe.

I'm all about cozy this week, what I can get around in comfortably. To be honest.. I'm a mom of four children.. I love fashion, but it's got to be apparel I can live, breath, move and care for kids in.. while rolling around on the ground, chasing kids and nursing a little. Welcome to my world! Can anyone else relate? You love fashion, but you need to be able to function in it? I've been feeling a little down this week & when I feel as though I might not be top-notch for a fashion blogger, I have to step back and say.. HEY.. there are other moms out there.. like me.. who love the fashion, but can't do some of the "high" fashion looks. I just had to get that out there!

      Thanks. Red isn't always my favorite color for me to wear but I LOVE this top, so comfortable!

    I also love the red stripes. I am getting scared of the stripes that are becoming trendy...isn't it a fashion no-no to do horizontal stripes? But they are everywhere! You pull them off great!

    You look so cute! I love striped shirts. I think that's something I always have to have in my closet. Looking for some fun color stripes for spring and summer!

      Thanks Ashley.. the stipes are so in right now you have to embrace them! I could take this top in every color. It will look so cute with shorts! Common spring, it was snowing here today. Boo!!

    I love the striped top! Sometimes I hesitate to wear horizontal stripes even though I love the look, but I think paired with a sweater or jacket it would be okay on my body type.

      Heidi, it really depends on the style & fit. A cute blazer or denim jacket are trendy right now and would be perfect if you're hesitant about stripes. :)
